For you marinade, mix a half cup of soy sauce, with 2 tbsp each of oyster sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, and 2 tsp black pepper
Trim off the excess fat from 32oz of NY strip steak (this saved me 2oz of fat which is 500 cals!) then add your marinade until your lose patience
You can optionally dice your steak into small pieces before cooking if preferred
Cook your steak on medium-high heat for ~5 min aside (mine were thiccc)
While letting the steak rest off to the side, lower the heat and add 2 cups of a frozen carrots, peas, and onions blend
After 3-4 minutes once the veggies are cooked through, add in 2 whole eggs and 200 mL of egg beaters (that you mix before hand), and stir frequently until scrambled
Mix in 4 cups of jasmine white rice, your steak, 2-3 more tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tsp sesame oil
